Reinstatement, expiry and permanent exclusions

For time-limited exclusions, normal access resumes automatically at the expiry date. If you wish to extend or re-apply after expiry, you must submit a new self-exclusion request. Permanent exclusions are final and cannot be revoked; reinstatement requires a new application and may be subject to evaluation by Jili500.

Data, privacy and communications

Jili500 will remove the player from marketing databases where practicable as part of the exclusion. Personal data processed for the exclusion will be retained in accordance with Jili500’s data retention and privacy policies and applicable law.
