Sports Rules

1. Scope and definitions

These sports rules govern all wagers placed on Jili500’s sports betting platform (the Operator). They operate alongside the applicable Terms and Conditions and acceptance of these rules is a prerequisite to account registration and use of any wagering services. In these rules: an “Event” means a specific sport competition or match offered for betting; a “Market” means a particular bet type within an Event (for example 1X2, Handicap, Totals, player props); a “Bet” is a wager placed on a Market; “Settlement” is the process by which a Market outcome is concluded; “Official result” means the result published by the appropriate governing body or the competition’s official scoresheet or website; a Market may be described as a live or pre-match Market as applicable; and “Outright” refers to an overall season or tournament winner or final position wager.

2. Bets, acceptance and validity

All bets are placed online via the Jili500 platform. Bets submitted by other means (email, phone, fax, etc.) are not valid. A Bet becomes binding once it is accepted by the system and confirmed to the customer. The customer cannot cancel or amend a Bet after confirmation. The minimum and maximum stake for a Bet varies by Sport, Market and Market type; the exact values are shown in the stake entry field when placing the Bet. The Operator reserves the right to refuse a Bet in whole or in part and, at its sole discretion, to offer an alternative price or stake for the Bet.

3. Settlement, odds, and price corrections

All Settlements are calculated using decimal odds. The Operator may correct obvious input or price errors (palpable errors) and may apply revised odds for final settlement of pre-live Bets where an error is identified. Bets are settled in accordance with the Official Result. If the Official Result cannot be verified, Settlement may be delayed until verification is obtained; if verification cannot be obtained, affected Bets may be voided. Winnings are credited to the customer’s account following confirmation of the Official Result. The Operator may suspend or adjust Settlements where there is a dispute or regulatory requirement. The maximum period between Settlement and any re-settlement action is 30 days. Odds displayed on screen are shown with two decimal places; Total Odds are calculated with a sixth decimal place for internal calculation, and Total Winnings are truncated to two decimal places. If a Bet is placed after the Known Outcome of an Event, the Bet may be voided at the Operator’s discretion.

4. Postponements, suspensions and abandonments

If an Event is postponed or abandoned and not resumed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all undecided Bets are void. If the Event is resumed within 48 hours and proceeds under the same organising conditions, Bets on the Event will stand and be settled on the final Official Result. Bets on markets already determined at the time of postponement or abandonment will stand. If a Market is affected by postponement or abandonment in a manner that prevents proper settlement, the Operator may void those Bets and refund stakes where required by law or applicable regulation.

5. Live betting and in-play rules

In-play Markets are offered while Events are in progress. The status of an Event and the resulting score at the time of settlement determine Market outcomes. Markets that explicitly include or exclude overtime or extra time are settled in accordance with their Market description. If a live Market is suspended by technical fault or other circumstances, the Operator reserves the right to suspend, amend, or cancel betting on that Market as appropriate. Where a Market description specifies inclusion of overtime, such provision applies; otherwise, overtime is excluded unless explicitly stated.

6. VAR, officiating decisions, and time-of-incident rules

Video Assistant Referee (VAR) decisions that conflict with the on-field decision as of the time of the incident may render Bets made between the original incident and the final VAR decision void, unless the affected Bet is unaffected by the VAR outcome or the Market odds have already reflected the likely VAR result at the time of bet acceptance. Settlement may be re-evaluated in light of official decisions, provided such decisions are communicated before the conclusion of the relevant Market. Bets settled prior to final VAR decision remain valid for Markets not affected by the outcome of the review.

7. Outright markets and the Play-or-Pay principle

Outright (short-term and long-term) Markets are subject to a Play-or-Pay rule. Bets on participants in Outright Markets will stand normally even if the listed participant is unable to take part in the competition for any reason; such Bets will be settled as losses where applicable, except that Head-to-Head (H2H) Markets are excluded from this rule. If a participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, Team Markets (such as H2H and classification) will stand; individual markets for that participant will be void.

8. Sport-specific settlement rules

  1. American Football: Overtime is treated as specified by the Market. The Status of a drive (e.g., offensive plays only) and other Market-specific definitions apply as described in the Market's description. If a match is abandoned or postponed, Bets may be voided or settled in line with the official result and applicable timeframes.
  2. Athletics: Abandonments or postponements are settled in line with the official result if completed within the permitted window; otherwise Bets may be voided in accordance with the Market description.
  3. Aussie Rules, Badminton, Bandy: General Rules apply; no separate sport-specific rules unless stated in Market descriptions.
  4. Baseball: For standard nine-inning games, the official result is determined on the basis of the completed innings. If a game is shortened or further innings occur, Bets settle per Market rules (e.g., Moneyline, Run Line, Totals) with adjustments for extra innings as described in the Market. If a game is official at five innings (or 4.5 innings if the home team is leading) for Moneyline and related markets, Bets may be deemed official according to the rule set in the Market description.
  5. Basketball: The minimum duration for action varies by competition. Generally, non-NBA competitions require a minimum specified duration; NBA markets follow the standard Full Game rule for that competition. Bets on in-progress play settle based on the official game status and final score.
  6. Hockey: Games are official after 55 minutes of play. Markets include Money Line, Puck Line, and Total. Overtime or shootouts are considered in accordance with the Market description; where included, the final goal for the winning team may reflect overtime results.
  7. Soccer/Football: If a match is suspended before full time and not completed on the same day, bets on the outcome are void and stakes refunded unless Market description states otherwise. Markets generally settle on the normal 90 minutes (plus stoppage time if included in the Market). Penalty shootouts or deciders are not considered unless explicitly stated in the Market.

9. Official results and data sources

Settlement is based on the official results as published by the competition’s governing body or official website. Where an event has no readily verifiable result, the Operator may delay settlement or seek confirmation from the relevant authority. If a result is later amended or disqualified, Settlement may be adjusted or voided as appropriate and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

10. Integrity, risk management, and dispute handling

The Operator reserves the right to void Bets or suspend settlements where manipulation, fraud, or irregular activity is suspected. Bets may be voided if there is credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or other illicit activity. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved by reference to these Rules, the Operator may escalate to regulatory bodies or independent adjudicators as required by applicable law. If a technical failure affects bet acceptance or settlement, the Operator will determine action consistent with maintaining market integrity and customer fairness.

11. Prohibitions, fraud protection, and customer obligations

Customers must comply with all anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements as part of account operation. The Operator reserves the right to verify identity, monitor for suspicious activity, and refuse or cancel Bets or accounts where required by law or policy. The Operator may require additional verification before processing large or unusual transactions.

12. Miscellaneous and updates

The Operator may amend these Rules at any time in its sole discretion. Any changes will apply to Bets placed after the update unless the Market description expressly states otherwise. In the event of evident line errors, incorrect matchups, or other obvious mispricing, the Operator may cancel the affected Bets and refund stakes. The results used for settlement shall be taken from the official sources for the Event, and if those sources are unavailable, the Operator may rely on other official references as permitted by law.
